However, the most important change to this year's MCS is the combination of all next-gen platforms thanks to the addition of cross-play! Gone are the days of separate events for PlayStation 5 and Xbox X|S. All events will still be played in the Madden Ultimate Team game mode but this year's schedule includes 6 events instead of just 4 events like we saw last year, meaning more chances to win money! Each MCS event in Madden NFL 24 will conclude with a live, in-person broadcast for the finals. The Madden Championship Series (MCS) is set to return for Madden NFL 24 with a few important updates.
